Intergrated Marketing Communications Plan

As part of my Integrated Marketing Communications course at JMU, I collaborated with a team to develop a comprehensive IMC plan for the Rockingham Educational Foundation, a local nonprofit. Our goal was to increase their annual revenue from $108,000 to $150,000 by June 30, 2025. The project involved hands-on experience in campaign planning, including advertising, public relations, direct marketing, and event sponsorship. By applying real-world strategies, we aimed to strengthen REFI’s brand presence and deepen community engagement. Our plan was awarded First Place for Best Overall IMC Plan by the organization. This experience sharpened both my creative and strategic marketing skills while working with a real client.

COB 300 Business Plan

In a semester-long, cross-functional group project, I helped create a comprehensive business plan for Swift Skies, a drone entertainment light show service. We built the company from the ground up, integrating key insights from our coursework in marketing, operations, finance, and management. Our final deliverable covered marketing analytics, financial statements, strategic planning, and operational evaluation. The project culminated in a formal pitch to a board of professors, simulating a real-world investor presentation. This experience enhanced my ability think entrepreneurially, and deliver a cohesive, data-driven business strategy.

I am currently developing a comprehensive Social Media Marketing Plan for Aristocat Cafe as part of a semester-long group project. Our plan includes a 12-month content calendar, 25 original content pieces (campaign-specific and evergreen), and a detailed strategy report. We’ve conducted a social media audit, SWOT analysis, and created targeted campaign ideas to strengthen the brand’s digital presence.
